Hello. I bought one in IKEA in October and, from the very beginning, if it is set to any power under 5, it does not heat continuously. If I have anything boiling, it will boil, stop, boil again, stop. I thought there was a problem, contacted IKEA and they sent a new one for me, but the new one DOES EXACTLY THE SAME. It´s something this hob does, or I got a faulty one anew?

Besides that, the product it´s awesome. Helped me save a lot of electricity money. Love my TILLREDA, just wondering about the internal thermostat settings.

How do you get the heat settings to change? I just purchased one and it jumps from 1 to 2 to 5 to 8 to 9. I can’t get it to stop on anything that isn’t not hot enough or too hot. I’m thinking I wasted my money on this piece of crap.
