A quick Sunday browsing on Sony made me want to share some thoughts on how they could do better. Enjoy.
1: Don’t make me feel as if I’ve done something wrong when I visit your website
Sonys home page makes me feel as if I have done a mistake and reached the wrong site. The first thing Sony tell me that I should be on a different part of the website since I’m not in the US. I can choose Dell, Fujizu, HP or other alternative Brands of Windows laptops – is this the way you try to keep me on your site?
